How It Works
Book Online or Call
Pick your dates and pay your Estimated Full-Load Total — our estimate with delivery, pickup, rental days, and disposal priced at your load's maximum. (Same-day and next-day when offered.)
We Deliver
We place the dumpster at the spot you mark if our driver finds it safe; otherwise we use your backup spot. The spot needs a gentle slope (15% max), clear height and width for our truck and trailer, and any buried lines marked on the ground — see the FAQ (Rental Agreement §§3.13, 3.14).
Fill It Up
Keep the load below the top rim and within the Type Maximum (4 tons unless a lower limit is shown), with the rear door closed and latched. No heavy materials — concrete, dirt, rock, brick, or tile — and nothing hazardous.
We Pick Up the Dumpster
We pick up on the scheduled date unless we notify you of a change — no charge for a delay we cause. After disposal we settle against the scale ticket and refund or charge the difference, with disposal at actual cost.
Itemized Pricing
DISPOSAL AT ACTUAL COST
Disposal is billed from the scale ticket at the facility’s cost — throw away less and the difference comes back to you. Your trips and rental days are priced for your address.
The trips
Our truck out to your address and back, then the pickup, the drive to the disposal facility to empty it, and the return to our yard. Priced on the road miles and drive time for your address and the facility.
Your rental days
6 full days on a standard rental — and you also have it on delivery and pickup days, which don’t count toward the 6. Need longer, or a 30-day monthly? Both are options.
Disposal
The facility's actual charge for your load, passed through with no markup. You prepay disposal at your load's maximum; after it's weighed, we settle from the scale ticket and refund or charge the difference.
We price the whole trip, not just the dump fee
Before you see a number, we price your load at the disposal facilities available for it.
Each facility is priced both ways — by weight and by volume — and we compare the drive and the disposal together, because the closest facility often isn’t the cheapest one.
You prepay an estimate at your load’s maximum. Weigh less, or land at a facility that charges less, and the difference is refunded after disposal.
We pick the facility. If we choose a materially more expensive facility for reasons unrelated to your load or which facilities can take it, we cover the difference. If a facility closes or refuses the load, or the load isn’t what was booked, it’s re-priced as the Rental Agreement explains (§§8.3, 8.5).
Besides the normal disposal settlement, your price changes only in situations the Rental Agreement lists — for example, a load over its limit, material or specialty items you didn’t declare, a facility closure or refusal, or a fuel surcharge you approve — and we send you an itemized notice with any change.
Charges that only apply if they come up
Extra days, a load that needs work, a changed trip — these only apply if they come up.

Extension
$10/day
Ask on your booking page by 2:00 p.m. Central on the last Business Day (Mon–Thu, except federal holidays) before pickup — confirmed once paid.
Holdover
$35/day
Each day it stays past pickup for reasons within your control.
Trip Charge
Set per booking
A delivery or pickup we can’t complete for reasons within your control, or a late cancellation. The amount for your address is in your Booking Confirmation.
Disposal settlement
Actual difference
After your load is weighed, we refund or charge the difference between the disposal in your estimate and the facility’s actual charge on the scale ticket, with nothing added. Travel is settled for the facility actually used, as set at booking (Rental Agreement §8.3).
Waste you didn’t select, or more specialty items than you declared
Re-priced
We re-price the pickup trip and the disposal for what is actually in the load, at a facility that will take it. That can be more or less than you paid, and we send you an itemized notice with photos and the scale ticket at or before the time anything is charged.
Load Service Charge
$50
Our driver makes a minor correction to your load at pickup (straightens or knocks it down) so it can be transported lawfully.
Service Time
$7.50 per 15 min
A wait you ask our driver to take beyond the 15 minutes, load-correction work beyond the first 15 minutes, freeing contents that won’t dump at the facility, or cleaning the dumpster. Charged in 15-minute blocks (each block begun counts in full); the rate is shown at checkout and in your Booking Confirmation.
Ground-condition delay day
$10/day
A pickup delayed only because the ground can’t be driven on — the Extension Rate for each day, up to 5 days per booking (no Holdover for those days).
Ground-condition reschedule
$10
One time per booking, if you move your delivery for ground conditions.
Stuck truck or trailer
Towing + repair
If our truck or trailer gets stuck, or the ground gives way under it, at your spot or on your route: the actual towing and recovery cost (no dollar cap) and repair up to $2,500 per event — unless we were careless (Rental Agreement §3.13).
Fixing a load (prohibited, overweight, or overfilled)
Quoted or documented
On-site time as Service Time, any extra trips, and third-party disposal and equipment at actual cost with no markup. The Trip Charge and holdover can also apply (Rental Agreement §5.3). We notify you in writing first, with an estimated cost range.
Cleaning
Service Time + cost + $35/day
If the dumpster comes back with residue that stains, smells, or must be removed before it can be rented again: Service Time for the cleaning, supplies and outside cleaning or disposal at actual cost, and $35 for each day it is out of service. We photograph the residue before cleaning (Rental Agreement §6.1).
Change of delivery address
New estimate
Your price is recalculated for the new address — you’re refunded or pay the difference. A late change also adds the extra miles and drive time it puts on our route.
Moving a delivered dumpster
Estimated per move
Priced as its own trip — our yard to the dumpster, on to the new spot, and back — plus any change to the remaining pickup. Estimated and approved before we go.
Cancellation
Card fee, or Trip Charge
Cancel on your booking page by 2:00 p.m. Central on the last Business Day (Mon–Thu, except federal holidays) before delivery: full refund less the card processing fee. After that, we keep the Trip Charge. Either way we also keep any Trip Charge from an earlier failed delivery and any ground-condition reschedule fee (unless §3.13(i) refunds it). No cancellation after delivery. If we move your delivery, you may cancel for a full refund less any earlier Trip Charge (Rental Agreement §§2.6, 9.1).
Late payment
$25 + 6%/yr
$25 once an invoice is 15 days past due (or the balance, if less), plus 6% simple yearly interest from the due date (Rental Agreement §7.4).
Every amount above is before sales tax, which is added where it applies. For any charge you haven’t approved through a link, we send an itemized notice with supporting documents at or before the time we charge your card (Rental Agreement Section 9.3). Read the Rental Agreement.
Delivery and pickup Monday–Thursday (except federal holidays), no guaranteed time · sales tax added where required.
Frequently Asked Questions
Household junk and cleanouts (General Waste); lightweight construction and remodel debris such as lumber, drywall, cabinets, doors, windows, flooring, siding, decking, fencing with no concrete footings, and up to 2 toilets and 2 sinks (Limited C&D Debris); and brush, branches, leaves, and clippings (Yard Waste). Select every waste type that will be in the load. Appliances, tires (off the rim, up to 10), mattresses, electronics (batteries removed), and fully dried paint are accepted only if declared at booking; for refrigerators, freezers, and A/C units you also choose how the refrigerant is handled. Debris from a building built before 1981 goes through an asbestos check at booking. Never accepted: heavy materials in any amount, water heaters, cast-iron tubs, and hazardous items — see Prohibited Items. The Waste Types Addendum controls.
Up to the Type Maximum shown for your waste type(s) — 4 tons and 14 cubic yards unless a lower maximum is shown, whichever comes first. Keep everything below the top rim, with the rear door closed and latched. Rain and snow count toward the weight, so cover the dumpster when rain is expected. The limit is by weight, not by how full it looks; the load estimator is only a rough guide. An over-limit load may be refused at pickup (Trip Charge, plus holdover at $35/day until fixed), and a frozen or packed load that won’t dump is charged as Service Time (Rental Agreement §§4.3–4.4, 5.3).
It does if your load includes construction, remodel, or roofing debris. When you book, you’ll tell us whether the debris comes from a structure built before 1981. If it does, you certify either that the materials were tested and are free of asbestos, or that the load has none of the materials that commonly contain it — such as popcorn ceiling texture, vinyl or asphalt floor tile and its mastic, drywall joint compound and wall or ceiling texture, pipe or boiler insulation, cement-asbestos siding or roofing, or vermiculite insulation. If asbestos turns up in the load, it’s treated as hazardous material: your original estimate no longer applies, and you pay the actual cost of testing, licensed removal, and disposal, plus holdover while the dumpster can’t be moved. Any inspection or notice the law requires before renovation or demolition is your responsibility (Rental Agreement §4.6).
Only if your Booking Confirmation says machinery is permitted — you’ll answer a machinery question when you book. Using a skid steer, loader, excavator, or similar equipment to load the dumpster when it isn’t permitted is a material breach of the Rental Agreement, and even when it is permitted you’re responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear. Mobile compaction, crushing, or grinding services are never allowed in the dumpster (Rental Agreement §6.4).
Your price is calculated for your address, dates, and waste type(s). At booking you pay the Estimated Full-Load Total — our estimate with disposal priced at your load’s Type Maximum. It’s an estimate, not a cap: after disposal we settle against the scale ticket and facility used and refund or charge the difference, so the final amount can be lower or higher. Disposal is passed through at the facility’s actual cost with no markup. Your Booking Confirmation lists your service charges, including the Extension Rate ($10/day), Holdover ($35/day), the Service Time rate, and your Trip Charge. Sales tax is added (Rental Agreement §8).
Tell us before pickup on your booking page (‘Change what’s going in’); if the page can’t be used, email support@camo-can.com. If we can take it, we’ll send you a new estimate before pickup. If material of a type you didn’t select turns up at pickup, or more specialty items than you declared, your original estimate no longer applies: we re-price the trip that’s still to come and the disposal for what is actually in the load, at a facility that will take it. That can be more or less than you paid, and we send you an itemized notice with photos and the scale ticket at or before the time anything is charged (Rental Agreement §§8.5, 8.7). A load that is only heavier than you expected — still the waste types you selected and within your Type Maximum — is different: only the disposal difference from the scale ticket is settled. Prohibited materials are never added to an estimate; see Prohibited Items.
We serve addresses within a 50-mile straight-line radius of our yard in Wagoner, OK, as checked by our booking system — including Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Muskogee, Claremore and Tahlequah. Outside that area? Call us — we may be able to help.
You can send us a booking request online any time, and we confirm it by phone or email during business hours. We handle bookings and messages Monday–Thursday · 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM Central. We deliver and pick up on business days, Monday–Thursday (except federal holidays), and our standard service window is 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Central. We may come at another reasonable time on your scheduled day and can’t guarantee an exact arrival time. Same-day and next-day bookings may be limited or unavailable; same-day bookings close at the cutoff shown when you book (11 a.m. Central), and short-notice bookings may need our approval. If we have to move your delivery or pickup, we’ll tell you the new date by email (and text, if you opted in). There’s no extension, Holdover, or Trip Charge for a delay we cause, and if we move your delivery you can cancel before the new date and we refund everything you paid, except any Trip Charge owed for an earlier failed attempt (Rental Agreement §§2.3, 2.6).
Ask on your booking page (the Manage the booking link in your messages; if it can’t be used, email us) by 2:00 p.m. Central on the last Business Day (Monday–Thursday, except federal holidays) before your scheduled pickup. If we can extend, we’ll send you a link; the extension is confirmed only once you approve and pay through it — until then, pickup stays as scheduled. Extensions are $10 per calendar day, up to 7 days per request; you can request again if you need more, and extensions depend on our schedule. Because pickups happen on business days, a new pickup date after a weekend or holiday counts those days too. A standard rental includes 6 full days, plus use on the delivery and pickup days, which aren’t counted. If the dumpster stays past the pickup date without a paid extension for reasons within your control, holdover is $35 per day. Extension days are non-refundable (Rental Agreement §§2.4, 2.5, 7.1).
Pick a stable spot no steeper than a 15% slope (about a 1.5-foot rise over 10 feet). Our truck and trailer need at least 10 ft of clear height over the route, 25 ft over the spot and the 20 ft in front of it, a straight, level 50-ft run lined up with the spot, and 10.5 ft of clear width. Map marks are approximate: also mark any septic system, well, or buried line on the ground with stakes, flags, or paint before we arrive, and keep the marks up until final pickup — we aren’t responsible for damage to a buried item not marked both ways. You choose the spot and route and accept the risk of damage from normal weight there, and we aren’t responsible for cosmetic marks, with or without plywood. A street or right-of-way spot needs any required permit. Don’t move the dumpster yourself; ask through the Manage the booking link (Rental Agreement §§3.1, 3.7, 3.9, 3.13, 3.14, 5.1, 10).
Yes, subject to availability. Each dumpster is a separate booking, with its own spot that meets the placement and space requirements, and its own Type Maximum, rental period, Estimated Full-Load Total, Trip Charge, and settlement after disposal. A problem with one booking doesn’t change the charges on another (Rental Agreement §2.8).
Rules vary by city and HOA, and we don’t check them. Any permit, HOA approval, or landowner permission is your responsibility, along with local rules and any fines or citations. If the dumpster will sit on a street, sidewalk, alley, or other right-of-way, you certify at booking that any required permit has been obtained. Delivery doesn’t mean a placement is lawful, and we may decline a placement we believe is unsafe or unlawful (Rental Agreement §3.9).
Usually not, unless we tell you your presence is needed. You mark the spot on a map when you book and can add instructions, and our driver places it there if it’s safe and reachable. Make sure the route and the spot are clear — no cars, trailers, low branches, or locked gates — on both the delivery and pickup days. If something within your control stops the job — blocked or locked access, an overfilled or overweight load, a rear door that won’t close, prohibited items, or a spot or route our driver can’t use — our driver contacts you and waits at least 15 minutes for you to fix it (longer if the driver chooses; sooner only if staying is unsafe). If you, or an adult at the property acting for you, ask our driver to wait beyond the 15 minutes and the driver agrees, the extra time is Service Time at the rate in your Booking Confirmation, in 15-minute blocks; if the problem is fixed in that time, no Trip Charge applies to that try. The driver doesn’t have to agree, and time the driver chooses to wait on their own isn’t charged. If it isn’t fixed, the Trip Charge applies to that try, and to each try that fails; on a pickup, holdover also runs until we can collect it (unless only wet ground is holding it up). There’s no charge when the problem is on our end (Rental Agreement §§3.3, 3.4).
You pay your Estimated Full-Load Total when you book, and your card stays on file for the charges the Rental Agreement and Payment Authorization allow afterward — mainly the settlement after disposal and the service charges listed in your Booking Confirmation. Anything you have to approve first (an extension, a move, a service we’ve estimated for you) is charged only after you approve it through a link. For any other charge, we send you an itemized notice with the supporting documentation, such as the scale ticket or photos, at or before the time we charge it. For charges after pickup, we send that notice within 120 days after disposal (stuck-truck charges follow Section 3.13(j)). Cleaning charges come with photos of the residue taken before cleaning (Section 6.1), and Service Time charges with the recorded start and finish times (Section 1.27). If a charge looks wrong, dispute it on your booking page (the Manage the booking link; if it can’t be used, email support@camo-can.com) — please do it within 60 days after you receive the invoice or notice of the charge so we can review it with you. That doesn’t limit your rights with your card issuer (Rental Agreement §§1.27, 6.1, 9.3, S.4).
Normal residue from loading accepted material is fine. If the dumpster comes back with residue of prohibited materials or liquids (such as paint, oil, grease, or chemicals), food, animal, or other putrescible waste, or anything that stains, smells, or must be removed before it can be rented again, you pay the reasonable cost of cleaning it: Service Time at the rate in your Booking Confirmation; supplies and outside cleaning or wash-out at actual cost; disposal of the residue and wash water at actual cost; and $35 for each day the dumpster is out of service for cleaning. We photograph the residue before cleaning and send the photos with the itemized notice (Rental Agreement §6.1).
We accept payment only electronically through our payment processor, using a card or other payment method it can save for later charges — a saved payment method is required for every booking. We don’t accept cash or checks. Your full card number is stored by the processor, not by us (Payment Authorization §§2.7–2.8).
Cancel on your booking page (the Manage the booking link); if it can’t be used, email support@camo-can.com. Texts and calls don’t count as a cancellation. Cancel by 2:00 p.m. Central on the last Business Day (Monday–Thursday, except federal holidays) before delivery: full refund less the card processing fee. Once delivered, ending early is an early pickup; early-pickup and extension days aren’t refunded, but the disposal settlement still happens and any refund is issued within 30 days of disposal. If we cancel, we refund everything you paid (Rental Agreement §§2.5, 8.3, 9.1, 9.6).
Sales tax is added unless you claim an exemption when you book. To claim one, you identify the exempt organization, the basis for the exemption, and its permit or certificate number, certify the claim (we rely on it and furnish it to the Oklahoma Tax Commission; a knowingly false certification may be penalized under Oklahoma tax law), and upload a legible copy of the exemption permit, letter, or certificate. Without the upload, no exemption is applied and sales tax is charged. We may decline a claim. If an exemption is later disallowed, you owe the tax plus any interest and penalties (Rental Agreement §8.9). For business bookings we may also require a certificate of insurance naming us as additional insured before delivery — if so, it will be stated, with the exact name to list, in your Booking Confirmation (Rental Agreement §6.5).
Prohibited Items
These never go in the dumpster, under any waste type:
Heavy material — never, in any amount
Concrete (including fence-post footings), dirt, soil, sand, gravel, rock, brick, block, asphalt, stucco, plaster, stone and slate, ceramic and porcelain tile, quartz and cultured-marble countertops, and clay or concrete roof tiles.
Liquids, fuels, and chemicals
Liquid paint, stains, varnish, thinners and solvents; motor, used, or waste oil, fuel and antifreeze; cooking oil and grease; oilfield and drilling wastes of every kind (salt water, brine, produced water, drilling mud, tank bottoms) and the tanks, totes, drums, and equipment that held them; pool chemicals, pesticides, herbicides and fertilizer, and the tanks, sprayers, and containers that held them; household cleaners and chemicals (truly empty containers are OK); ink, toner and resin; drums, tanks, or totes with residue or unknown contents; and anything that pours.
Pressurized, explosive, or burning items
Propane tanks and pressurized cylinders (even empty), aerosol cans that are not empty, ammunition, fireworks, and explosives — and ashes of any kind (hot or cold), coals, embers, or smoldering material.
Hazardous and regulated waste
Asbestos-containing material, PCB items such as older light ballasts, fluorescent tubes and CFLs, mercury devices like thermostats, smoke detectors, batteries of every kind (including alkaline), medical waste, sharps and medications, radioactive material, and contaminated soil and absorbents.
Specific items we cannot take
Water heaters, cast-iron tubs, railroad ties and creosote timbers, tires still on the rim, bulk food waste and other putrescible waste, electronics with built-in batteries that can’t be removed, and any specialty item you did not declare when booking.
Plus anything the receiving facility can't lawfully accept. Not sure about something? Read the full Prohibited Materials list, or ask us in writing before you load it (on your booking page once you’ve booked, otherwise by email) — our written answer is what counts.
If prohibited material is in the load: we may refuse pickup — the Trip Charge applies, and holdover of $35/day (up to 30 days) runs until the load is fixed. You can remove it yourself, or approve a quote for us to do it. If you don't, after written notice (which you can object to) we may make the load safe to transport, and you pay our on-site time as Service Time and any extra trips at their stated price, plus third-party costs at actual cost with no markup. We never handle hazardous material ourselves: it must be removed by a licensed contractor at your cost, and it is never accepted at any price (Rental Agreement §§4.2, 5.3).
